One thing I love to collect is vintage greeting cards. They are inexpensive and the graphics are great.
It just seems like the vintage ones come from a gentler and more innocent time.
I like to get color copies made and then I make gift tags, crafts, and use them for decoupage.
I recently found this vintage bowl someone made from greeting cards and crochet.
But, my favorite greeting card find was this little trinket box shaped like a house.
This lid opens up. It would be a cute gift box.
If you find some cards at the next flea market, you should snap them up. You'll find lots of uses for them!
I know all of our hearts are heavy right now with the tragic school shooting. The families are all in my prayers. xoxo, Jean

OK, I so have to thrift, auction, and shop with you. I love the vintage cards. I decorated my Kitchen Christmas tree with vintage gift tags this year. I so know we could be best friends. LOL

Jean, I love vintage cards. Rarely do I run across any that are very old. The box is so fun! Yes, the shootings are so tragic and all of our hearts are heavy. Your silent night ornament is exactly what we need to remind us of love and hope!
